Trip Info
1. You will need to purchase a Texas fishing license before the day of the trip.
2. In case of bad weather we will reschedule.
3. I provide all fishing gear needed for the trip, or you may bring your own if you prefer.
4. I provide bottled water and peanut butter crackers for snacks. Feel free to bring a small cooler for anything additional you might want.
5. If you want to keep fish to eat, I will filet them, put them in ziplock bags ready for the freezer, at no additional cost.
6. You will catch fish, I guarantee it or you next trip is on me. If you must fish even though I recommend not going due to bad weather, I will not guarantee fish. There are tough days of course, but we generally catch some even on the toughest days. I will not take you for an expensive boat ride.
Lake Tawakoni is about a 60 minute drive from Dallas and Tyler.
We will meet at Holiday Marina or Lake Tawakoni State Park. Shown in the map below.
